What is you Retun Policy ?

Unfortunately, since our products are limited items, we are unable to offer any returns but exchanges are permitted before orders are dispatched. 

As per company policy, we DO NOT accept returns, if a lone exception has been made due to an order error, we still require the item to be returned in the same condition as it was sent. We have the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet our return policy requirements. If the item is not in the original condition we reserve the right to not give a refund as the product is unsellable/used. If we detect the item has been worn we also have the right to refuse a refund. IF an exception has been made, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% for returned items. Subject to change.

How do I make a purchase?

To place an order, follow the steps & place your order through our Website.

Can I change or amend my order after it's placed ?

Let's hope you get lucky ! You can only change as long as your package has not been dispatched from our premises. Just send a Message to the Platform you ordered within 10-25 minutes & if in case it's still not dispatched, then yes you can get it changed.

My fav design is sold out, what can I do? Will it re-stock ?

Re-stocking a certain product depends on the amount of demand it's got, however our clever group of Sales Representatives will surely send you the product you want.
